1. What does a planner/consultant do?
A planner/consulant will make sure that your once in a lifetime event is everything you dreamed of, we understand that
brides want to plan their weddings it is fun for them; so we'd never take away from that. We offer guidance and direction
as well as our creative edge. Planning a wedding requires a lot of time, energy, patience and organization all of which
the staff of A Pink Diamond Affair have been trained and certified to do.
2. Does "A Pink Diamond Affair have a preferred list of vendors and do you always
use the same vendors?
We love to work with our core vendor base and have a stock of event sites that most brides never knew of until
consulting with us, however, we do continue to interview and network with other vendors just to make sure we can
present our clients with a variety of options.
3. What type of problems does " A Pink Diamond Affair" handle?
We handle any issue that may arise, the small details that only the guests will notice. We insure every moment of your
day is just as you envisioned. For example your guests are waiting for you at the reception site, but the A/C isn't
working. Who is going to know who the correct person is at the venue to address this issue. What if a bridesmaid
accidentally forgot her shoes, who can leave to go pick up another pair? You don't want your family members and
friends stressing on this day and more importantly you want to enjoy your day and know that you are in great hands with

4. Can I take some items from one package and create my own?
Yes. You may just want to hire a planner, or maybe a coordinator to take care of the reception, and be the point of
contact for the vendors, that's fine we can customize any of our packages. You have the wonderful treat of being able to
add, substitute or remove services from any package.
5. How can a planner save me money?
" A Pink Diamond Affair" consists of professionals who have been in this industry for years, we know the ins and outs
and know how to get the most for your money. We do not receive "kickbacks" we refer our clients to our vendors that
will bring the discount to you. We also negotiate contracts with the vendors.
6. Do you charge by the hour or a flat fee?
Flat fee.
7. I don't really know what color scheme I want or theme, how can you help?
YES. The staff of "A Pink Diamond Affair" has a vast knowledge of flowers, centerpieces, favor ideas, exotic colors etc
and unique vendors to match anyone's taste, and we continue to research more to add to our base of vendors. Our
creative edge and imagination is invaluable for creating the unique affair of your dreams. We love a challenge and
have "can do" attitudes to make it happen.
